My Blog's Logo

1. I thought it was pretty easy to create my own logo. I draw little doodles frequently and wanted to incorporate doodles of flowers that I often draw with the name of my blog. 2. I started with the name of my blog and I started trying out different types of flowers on one side, then both sides, then I changed my cursive to print. I ended my final logo with a single rose at the end. It's dainty and simplistic. 3. I learned that I wouldn't just be able to do it once and that be the final look. I had to do a couple ideas to come up with my final one. I had to draw each one out to see how it looked on paper. 4. In the video Graphic Design: What's in a Logo, they pointed out that even though they create the design by using technology, they always need to start with a pen and paper to sketch it out first which I thought was interesting. Anyways, here are some of the ideas I had before the final design (which is shown above).
